What is the Telecom Crash Course?
The multimedia flash-based Telecom Crash Course is a complete, university accredited, curriculum based on the content of Steven Shepard’s books, lectures and writings. The curriculum consists of eight chapters with a total of 108 individual learning modules plus Podcasts, blog content and online resources.

Industry education in “bite-size” pieces.
Each learning module is about 10 – 15 minutes long. The Telecom Crash Course is designed to fit into your busy work-day—so you can view a module between meetings, phone calls and your ever-increasing work load.  
We recommend you try to complete at least one chapter a week, as they are designed to be taken as a complete curriculum and each learning module flows into the next. The modules all have headings, and a brief description of the content.

Pay attention, there’s going to be a quiz.
After each chapter there is an online quiz that must be taken, and passed, to progress to the next chapter. You’ll need to get at least 80% of the answers correct to continue. If you don’t pass the quiz on the first try, don’t worry, you can go back to the learning modules and take a refresher.

Get Certified!
When you have completed the Telecom Crash Course you will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the Institute for Communication Technology Management (CTM) at the USC Marshall School of Business (USC/MSB) - ready to frame and impress your boss.
